Ingredients:
• 20 oz skinned wild caught salmon, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 tbsp raw honey
• 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
• 1 clove grated garlic
• 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
• Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together the extra virgin olive oil, raw honey, low sodium soy sauce, grated garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Heat a large cast iron or nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Once the skillet is hot, add the salmon cubes to the skillet, making sure they are spaced out evenly.
Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the skillet, sprinkle the sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
This recipe makes 5 servings of 4 oz each. You can serve the salmon bites as an appetizer or main dish, and pair them with your favorite vegetables or sides for a complete meal.
